摘    要:目的 评价改良压碎逸蚴法接种环取样检测感染性钉螺的效果.方法 按照双盲实验原则,对批量钉螺分别采用逸蚴法、压碎法和改良压碎逸蚴法检测感染性钉螺,比较3种方法漏检率和检测效率,改良压碎逸蚴法采用接种环取样,对样本表层水样中的尾蚴定性与定量.结果 检测样本186份(每份100只钉螺).改良压碎逸蚴法、逸蚴法和压碎法分别检出...
