| 摘 要： | 目的评价卡前列甲酯栓联合催产素预防产后出血的疗效及安全性。方法 240例在本院产科分娩的产妇,分成观察组和对照组两组。对照组：单纯使用催产素。观察组：应用卡前列甲酯栓联合催产素。结果观察组第三产程时间短于对照组。观察组产后2h出血量少于对照组。结论应用卡前列甲酯栓联合催产素预防产后出血疗效可靠,具有良好的安全性,建议临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safty of carboprost methylate suppositories with oxytocin on prevention of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 240 cases of puerpera were divided into two groups,the control group was treated with oxytocin,the observation group wes treated with carboprost methylate suppositories with oxytocin.
