| 摘 要： | 目的探讨年轻妇女卵巢上皮癌的临床特点、治疗及生存率分析。方法回顾性分析1995年6月-2005年6月我院收治的19例患者经病理确诊的〈30岁的卵巢上皮癌的临床资料,系统分析这19例患者的临床特点、病理类型和生存率。结果 19例确诊为卵巢上皮癌患者手术病理分期Ⅰ期占47.37%,Ⅱ期占26.32%,Ⅲ期占26.32%。病理类型浆液性囊腺癌12例（63.16%）,黏液性囊腺癌5例（26.32%）,子宫内膜样癌1例（5.26%）,黏液性癌合并浆液性癌1例（5.26%）。病理分级提示大部分患者肿瘤分化程度较好：高分化12例（63.16%）,中分化6例（31.58%）,低分化1例（5.26%）。2年生存率为76.98%,5年生存率为65.14%。结论 30岁以下年轻卵巢上皮癌患者大部分病理分期为早期,肿瘤分化较好,预后较好。手术分期和病理分级为年轻卵巢上皮癌患者的独立预后因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical characteristics,surgical outcome and survival rate of young women with epithelial ovarian cancer(EOC).
