| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CA153、CA125及CEA单独及联合检测乳腺癌的临床意义。方法免疫化学分析仪分别检测乳腺癌患者（65例）、乳腺良性疾病组（60例）及正常女性体检者（75例）血清中CA153、CA125及CEA浓度。结果乳腺癌组血清中CA153、CA125及CEA浓度及阳性率显著高于良性疾病组及正常对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;良性疾病组与正常对照组间无显著性差异;单独检测时CA153灵敏度最高,三种指标联合检测可明显提高乳腺癌诊断的灵敏度。结论 CA153、CA125及CEA联合检测可明显提高乳腺癌诊断的敏感性,对临床早期诊断具有一定的参考意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of separate and combination detection of serum tumor markers CA153,CA125 and CEA in patients with breast cancer.
