阶段化诱导性主动排痰方案在老年股骨头置换术后护理中的应用研究

目的探讨老年股骨头置换术后患者最佳诱导性排痰方案及诱导患者主动咳嗽的时机,为防止患者术后发生坠积性肺炎奠定基础。方法将80例患者随机为对照组和实验组,对照组予常规护理方案,实验组予阶段化诱导性主动排痰方案,观察不同方法应用前后患者有效排痰需要的时间、围手术期抗生素使用天数和住院总天数、坠积性肺炎发生率及有效排痰舒适度。结果实验组患者术后达到有效排痰需要的时间、抗生素使用时间、平均住院总天数明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）,实验组坠积性肺炎的发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）,两组患者有效排痰舒适度方面无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论阶段化诱导性主动排痰方案能有效降低老年股骨头置换术后患者的坠积性肺炎发生率,对促进老年股骨头置换患者术后康复、减轻医疗负担有重要意义。
