| 摘 要： | 目的检测肌萎缩侧索硬化(ALS)患者与健康人血浆中TAR DNA结合蛋白43(TDP-43)水平,探讨血浆TDP-43浓度变化与ALS病程之间的关系。方法收集散发性ALS患者和健康人血浆,利用ELISA法测定血浆中TDP-43浓度,使用SPSS软件进行统计学分析。结果散发性ALS患者血浆中TDP-43浓度显著高于健康人,随着病程的进展,血浆中TDP-43浓度没有明显的变化。结论 TDP-43是散发ALS的一个重要生化指标,其在ALS患者血浆中含量增加,但与疾病病程无关。
