| 摘 要： | 目的比较腹腔镜与传统开腹修补术治疗胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔的临床效果。方法对32例接受腹腔镜修补术（腹腔镜组）与39例接受传统开腹修补术（开腹组）的胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔患者的临床资料进行回顾性对照分析。结果腹腔镜组术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间、住院时间及并发症的发生率均明显少于开腹组,但住院费用高于开腹组（P均〈0.01）。两组手术时间比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论腹腔镜修补术治疗胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔具有创伤小、恢复快、术后并发症少等优点,可作为绝大多数胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔的首选术式。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the clinical effect of laparoscopic and open surgery repair in the treatment of gastroduodenal ulcer perforation.
