| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨海洋石油湛江基地离退休员工代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome,MS)的患病率及其危险因素。方法:采用2007年《中国成人血脂异常防治指南》诊断标准,对海洋石油湛江基地离退休员工4 346例进行了问卷调查和体检资料分析。结果:(1)MS的总患病1 189例(27.36%),男性942例(26.78%),女性247例(29.79%)。两性患病率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。血脂异常占首位,3 729例(85.80%),其余依次为腹部肥胖3 503例(80.60%),高血糖3 190例(73.40%)和高血压3 116例(71.70%),3项指标异常2 526例(58.12%),4项指标异常945例(21.74%),5项指标异常866例(19.93%)。MS发病率随增龄升高,腰围(WC)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、年龄、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)是主要影响MS的独立危险因素。结论:海洋石油湛江地区离退休员工MS患病率较高,急需对新生代员工加强MS防治和健康教育工作。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the prevalence rate and risk factors of metabolic syndrome(MS) in offshore oil base retired employees in Zhanjiang.Methods: 4346 offshore oil base retired employees were given questionnaire survey and medical data analysis with the diagnostic criteria of 2007 Guide for prevention and treatment of the Chinese adult dyslipidemia.Results: The total prevalence rate of MS was 27.35%,male 26.78% and 29.79% for female with a significant difference between the two genders(P<0.05 or P<0.01)... |
