宫颈锥切术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变的疗效分析

目的探讨宫颈锥切术在宫颈上皮内瘤变治疗中的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2008年6月～2010年2月收治的94例宫颈上皮内瘤变患者的临床资料,分析宫颈锥切术前初诊情况、治疗方法、术后临床疗效以及未行全子宫切除的妊娠情况。结果两组术前初诊情况与宫颈锥切术术后病理确诊情况对比,宫颈锥切术前病理初诊情况明显优于阴道镜下宫颈活检初诊情况,术后治愈率为90.43%,一年内复发率为2.13%,未行子宫全切手术的患者一年内的妊娠率为84.38%。结论宫颈锥切术是一种诊断和治疗CIN的理想手段,且能安全、有效地保留患者生育功能。
