| 摘 要： | 目的建立西咪替丁胶囊含量的高效液相测定方法。方法色谱柱为Waters Sunfire CI8柱（4.6mm×150mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-水（24：76）（每1000ml含磷酸0.3mL和已烷磺酸钠0.94g）,流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为220nm,柱温为30℃。结果在西咪替丁5-1000μg/ml浓度范围内呈良好线性关系（r=1.0000）,平均加样回收率为99.87%（n=5）,RSD为0.39%。结论该方法准确、可靠,与标准法比较,结果较为满意,可用于西咪替丁胶囊的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective To develop a method for the determination of cimetidine capsules by HPLC.Methods The column Waters Sunfire C18（4.6mm×150mm,5μm）was used.The mobile phase was methano-water（24：76）（containing phosphoric acid 0.3ml andSodium hexane 0.94g per 1000ml）at flow rate of 1.0ml/min and the detection wavelength was set at 220nm..The column temperature was 30℃.Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 5～1000μg/ml（r=1.0000）.The average recovery was99.87% with RSD=0.39%（n=5）.Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive and accurate for determining the content in cimetidine capsules. |
