| 摘 要： | 目的探讨多发性血管母细胞瘤(VHL病)的临床表现、诊断及治疗。方法对1例后颅窝的VHL诊治过程进行回顾分析。结果 VHL病的诊断靠病史及影像检查。结论详细的病史和全面的影像学检查有助于早期诊断和治疗,改善预后。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical manifestation,diagnosis and treatment of hemangioblastoma(VHL disease).Methods One case of posterior fossa multiple hemangioblastomas was reported.Results Diagnosis of VHL disease was based on medical history and imaging.Conclusion A careful case history and imaging will contribute to early diagnosis and treatment,thus to improve prognosis. |
