高血压患者氧化应激与颈动脉内膜-中层厚度的相关性研究

目的探讨高血压患者血浆氧化应激指标水平与颈动脉内膜-中层厚度（inti mal medial thickness,I MT）的相关性。方法选择符合入选标准的原发性高血压患者100名,颈动脉彩超检测颈总动脉内-中膜厚度,根据有无颈动脉I MT增厚分为两组,其中I MT正常组（EH1组）48名,I MT增厚组（EH2组）52名。同期选择健康体检志愿者32名作为正常对照组。测定血浆过氧化氢酶（catalase,CAT）、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px）、过氧化氢（hydrogen peroxidase,H2O2）及丙二醛（malonaldehyde,MDA）水平的变化。结果与对照组比较,高血压组患者血浆H2O2、MDA水平升高、CAT、GSH-Px水平下降（P〈0.05）;高血压患者颈动脉I MT增厚与血浆H2O2、MDA水平正相关,与CAT、GSH-Px负相关（P〈0.05）。结论高血压颈动脉I MT增厚与氧化应激密切相关。

Study on Correlation Between Oxidant Stress and Carotid Arterial Intimal Medial Thickness in Patients with Essential Hypertension
