活血祛瘀片中三七、大黄的薄层色谱鉴别

目的建立活血祛瘀片中主要成分的薄层色谱鉴别方法,为研究该复方制剂的质量标准提供依据。方法采用薄层色谱分析方法对该制剂中的三七、大黄等药材进行定性鉴别。结果各供试品色谱中,在与各自对照品色谱相同的位置上,显相同颜色的斑点,阴性对照无干扰。结论该鉴别方法专属性强、重现性好、灵敏度高,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法之一。

Identification of Huo Xue Hua Yu Troche by TLC

Objective To set up the thin-layer chromatogram method of the pricipal ingredients in Huo Xue Hua Yu Troche,and to establish the foundation for the quality standards of compound preparation.
