局部亚低温治疗重型颅脑损伤的效果观察及护理

目的观察局部亚低温治疗重型颅脑损伤的效果及相应的护理干预措施。方法将65例重型颅脑损伤患者随机分为治疗组32例和对照组33例。两组均给予常规综合治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用局部亚低温治疗。结果治疗组体温〈38℃的比率明显多于对照组,而〉38℃的比率则明显少于对照组（P〈0.01）。治疗组3个月后恢复良好率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论局部亚低温结合一系列护理干预措施治疗重型颅脑损伤效果显著,能改善患者预后。

Effect Observation and Nursing of Local Mild Hypothermia in the Treatment of Patients with Severe Brain Injury

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of local mild hypothermia in treating patients with severe brain injury and its nursing intervention measures. Methods Sixty-five cases with severe brain injury were divided randomly into treatment group and control group,two groups received conventional therapy,moreover,the treatment group was treated with local mild hypothermia therapy. Results There was significant difference as compared the rates of temperature 38 ℃ or 38 ℃ between the two groups,the treatment group was better than the control group（two P 0.01） . The rate of good recovery of treatment group after three months was significantly higher than that of the control group（P 0.05） . Conclusion Local mild hypothermia therapy combined with nursing intervention measures are effective for severe brain injury,which can improve the patients＇ prognosis.
