| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜术后配合腹针治疗对输卵管阻塞性不孕疗效的影响。方法 80例输卵管阻塞性不孕患者,其中38例腹腔镜术后未进行干预（对照组）,42例术后配合腹针治疗（研究组）。均术后随访1年,对两组疗效进行比较。结果对照组妊娠率为39.5%,总有效率65.8%,研究组妊娠率为61.9%,总有效率85.7%,两组比较差异均有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论腹腔镜术后配合腹针治疗可以提高输卵管阻塞性不孕的临床有效率、妊娠率,疗效确切,无毒副作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery with abdominal acupuncture for the treatment of fallopian tube obstructive infertility.
