| 摘 要： | 目的研究阿加曲班联合尿激酶治疗急性创伤性下肢深静脉血栓（traumatic dee pvein thrombosis,TDVT）的临床疗效。方法 40例急性TDVT患者随机分为两组,研究组（20例）采用阿加曲班联合尿激酶（urokinase,UK）行溶栓抗凝治疗;对照组（20例）采用低分子肝素钙联合UK行溶栓抗凝治疗。观察研究过程中的疗效、并发症及不良反应;通过血管彩超了解血管再通情况。结果研究组及治疗组总有效率分别为100%和80.0%,统计学结果差异显著性（P〈0.05）,两组均无严重出血并发症发生。结论阿加曲班联合UK治疗急性TDVT疗效显著,安全性好。
