沅陵县农村居民疾病谱分析

目的了解沅陵县农村居民疾病谱,为合理安排卫生资源提供科学依据。方法系统收集2007-2008年度该县参加农村医疗保险的所有农村居民体检资料,建立不同性别和不同年龄组的疾病谱,比较各疾病构成差异。结果体检异常结果中女性多于男性,男女比例为1：2.13,病例构成前五位依次分别为泌尿生殖系统疾病,循环系统疾病,消化系统疾病,症状、体征与实验室异常,以及妇科疾病。男性与女性的疾病构成不同。不同年龄组疾病构成也不同,18岁是部分疾病构成的分界点,许多童年和少年没有的疾病在该时期开始出现。结论本研究所获得的疾病谱可以为卫生决策提供依据,卫生政策的制定应根据不同年龄谱的变迁不断调整。
