| 摘 要： | 目的比较腹腔镜疝修补术与开放式无张力疝修补术治疗成人腹股沟疝的临床效果及优缺点。方法对48例接受腹腔镜疝修补术（腹腔镜组）与67例接受开放式无张力疝修补术（无张力组）的临床资料进行回顾性比较分析。结果腹腔镜组手术时间、术后疼痛持续时间及术后住院时间短于无张力组（P〈0.01）,而住院费用高于无张力组（P〈0.01）。两组并发症的发生率及复发率比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论腹腔镜和开放式无张力疝修补术都是腹股沟疝的首选术式,可根据患者的个体差异选择合适的手术方式。
