| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小儿Foley导尿管自助式尿道造影在尿道狭窄诊断中的应用。方法 72例尿道狭窄患者按狭窄部位分为3组：前尿道狭窄组（26例）、后尿道狭窄组（43例）和前后尿道多处狭窄组（3例）。3组均采用小儿Foley导尿管自助式尿道造影,在数字胃肠X线机透视下依次行逆行尿道造影、会师造影及排尿期膀胱尿道造影,并选择性摄片。统计3组造影成功率,并进行数据分析。结果前尿道狭窄组成功率80.7%（21/26）,后尿道狭窄组97.7%（42/43）,前后尿道多处狭窄组67.7%（2/3）。结论小儿Foley导尿管自助式尿道造影可操作性好,能有效提高尿道狭窄的诊断率。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the application of self-service cystourethrography with infant foley catheter in the diagnosis of urethral stricture.Methods Seventy two patients of urethral stricture were divided into 3 groups： anterior urethral stricture（26 cases）,posterior urethral stricture（43cases）,both anterior and posterior urethral stricture（3cases）.Self-service cystourethrography including retrograde urethrography（RUG）,simultaneous RUG and VCUG,voiding cystourethrography（VCUG） were performed successively in all patients with infant foley catheter.The achievement ratio of each group was calculated and analyzed.Results The achievement ratio of each group was 80.7%（21/26）,97.7%（42/43）and 67.7%（2/3）respectively.Conclusion Self-service cystourethrography with infant foley catheter could be performed easily and can facilitate the diagnosis of urethral stricture. |
