| 摘 要： | 目的了解六安市娱乐服务场所CSW的艾滋病相关知识、态度和性行为的变化情况，为制定性病艾滋病的防制策略提供依据。方法使用统一CSW调查问卷，干预前，对娱乐场所内性服务工作者采用面对面的深入访谈和流行病学调查，并对她们进行健康教育／安全套推广／提供VCT服务为主要内容的综合干预。干预前后，使用调查问卷分别进行调查，评估干预效果。结果不同娱乐场所和干预前后，CSW最近1次商业性行为安全套使用率分别为62．4％、80．1％（P〈0．005），艾滋病的相关知识知晓率也有显著提高。结论在娱乐场所开展预防艾滋病的综合干预，能有效提高CSW安全套使用率，预防艾滋病向一般人群传播。
