| 摘 要： | 总结了人绒毛膜促性腺激素 (hCG)避孕疫苗的开发研究。这类疫苗能阻止性活跃妇女受孕而不损害排卵 ,也不扰乱月经规律。同时还总结了有关诱导针对黄体释放激素抗体的疫苗研究 ,以及这类疫苗在包括前列腺肥大和其它性激素相关的男女癌症的免疫治疗方面的应用。主张应用人源性重组抗激素抗体的被动免疫方法来保证有效、安全、迅速的治疗

| Abstract: | WT5”BZ]This article summarizes the development of a vaccine against the human chorionic gonadotropin that prevents pregnancy in sexually active women without impairment of ovulation or derangement of menstrual regularity. Also summarized are the vaccines inducing antibodies aginst the luteinizing hormone releasing hormone, which have immunotherapeutic potential in prostatic hypertrophy and other sex hormone dependent male and female cancers. The adoption of passive immunization using humanized recombinant anti hormone antibodies is advocated for assured efficacy and safe, prompt therapeutic action.
