浙江省社区人群高血压与高血糖相关性分析

目的 探讨社区人群高血压与高血糖的关系。方法 采用随机整群抽样方法,根据WHO规定的标准.对浙江省嘉兴、绍兴、丽水三地区25～74岁社区人群4841人进行高血压和高血糖调查分析。结果 三地区高血压患病率分别为24.90％、30.20％、21.69％,平均25.57％;高血糖发生率分别为4.83％、5.79％、5.55％,平均5.40％。三地区高血糖人群中高血压患病率分别为48.05％、68.82％、40.66％。平均52.49％,与正常人群相比有显著差异(P<0.0001);高血压人群中高血糖发生率分别为9.32％、13.20％、10.11％,平均11.07％,与血压正常人群比较差异有显著性(P<0.0001),危险强度指标:相对危险度(RR)>1.5。结论高血压人群中高血糖发生率高于正常血压人群;高血糖人群中高血压患病率明显高于正常血糖人群,高血糖与高血压之间呈显著正相关。

Correlation analysis between hypertension and hyperglycemia in the district population of Zhejiang province

Objective To explore the relationship between hypertension and hyperglycemia in the district population. Methods Using the cluster sampling method, hypertension and hyperglycemia in 4841 people(25-74 years old) in the population of Jiaxin.Shaoxin and Lishui districts of Zhejiang province were investigated. Results The morbidity of hypertension and hyperglycemia in the population of these three districts were 25. 57% and 5. 40% .respectively. The morbidity of hypertension in the population with hyperglycemia was 52. 49%. The difference between the population with and without hyperglycemia is very significant (P<0. 0001). The morbidity of hyperglycemia in the population with hypertension was 11. 07%. The difference between the population with and without hypertension is very significant (P<0. 0001). The relative riskis >1. 5. Conclusion The morbidity of hyperglycemia in the population with hypertension is higher than those in the population without hypertension. The morbibidity of hypertension in the group of hyperglycemia is higher than those in the normal qroup. Hyperglycemia was significantly positively correlated with hypertension.
