| 摘 要： | 目的研究幽门螺杆菌感染与胆汁反流性胃炎关系。方法采用珠海珠信生物工程有限公司生产的幽门螺杆菌诊断试纸检测Hp。结果胆汁反流性胃炎Hp阳性率45．46％，病理均符合慢性胃炎的诊断。结论胆汁反流性胃炎Hp检出率低，是因为胆汁反流造成不适宜Hp生长的微环境，也有人认为一定量胆汁可杀灭Hp，Hp检测对胆汁反流性胃炎的诊断有一定参考价值。

| Abstract: | Objective] To investigate the relationship between Heli-cobater Pilori inflection and gastritis of bile reflux. Methods] Adopt Heli-cobater Pylori dianosis test paper producted by the Limited Company of Zhuxin Biology Engineering in Zhuhai to check up Helicobater Pylo-ri. Results] The Helicobater Pylori positive rate of gastritis of bile reflux was 45.46%, pathologic tests were an the same as the dianosis of gas-tritis. Conclusions] The rate of checking the gastritis of bile reflux He-licobater Pylori is low. It is bile reflux that makes Helicobater Pylo-ri not grow in the micro-environment. Someone thinks some of bile can kill Helicobater Pylori, and the checking of Helicobater Pylori to the diano-sis of gastritis of bile reflux must be worth consulting. |
