生殖道和泌尿道支原体培养及药敏分析

目的了解泌尿生殖系统支原体感染情况及其对12种抗菌药物的敏感性，为临床预防、治疗提供依据。方法检测本院576例患者标本中的支原体，监测其培养及12种药物敏感试验结果。结果576例标本中276份标本培养出支原体，阳性率为47．9％。阳性患者中解脲脲原体（Uu）感染196例（71．0％），人型支原体（Mh）感染7例（2．5％），Uu合并Mh感染73例（26．5％）；男女性感染率分别为38．4％和52．0％，二者差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；药敏试验结果显示Uu对美满霉素、强力霉素、交沙霉素比较敏感，Uu＋Mh对美满霉素、强力霉素比较敏感，Mh对美满霉素、强力霉素、四环素敏感。结论支原体对各种抗菌药物已产生一定的耐药性，对怀疑患泌尿生殖道支原体感染的患者，应留取标本进行支原体和药物敏感情况检测，动态监测药物敏感情况的是指导临床治疗的重要依据。

Analysis of drug sensitivity test in genital and urinary tract infection with mycoplasma

Objective To investigate drug sensitivity in genital and urinary tract infection with mycoplasma and to provide the related information of the infection for clinical therapy.Methods The detection and drug sensitivity of mycoplasma were analyzed.Results In 576 cases.276 were isolated mycoplasma with a positive rate of 47.9%.A hundred and ninety-six cases were infected with ureaplasma urealyticum(71.0%).7 contracted with mycoplasma homims(2.5%)and 73 were infected with Uu and Mh(26.5%).The infection rate in male and female was 38.4%and 52.0%.respectively(P<0.01).Drug sensitivity test indicated that Uu was susceptible to minocycline,doxycycline and Josamycin.Uu+Mh was susceptible to minocycline and doxycycline and Mh was susceptible to minecycline、doxycycline and tetracycline.Conclusions Mycoplasma shows drug resistance to some antibiotic.Mycoplasma isolation and drug sensitivity test are necessary for genital and urinary tract infection pailents.
