| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨健康人年龄增长与血小板参数的相关性.方法 系统分析了2009年1月至2009年11月我院健康体检者血常规结果 .结果 血小板计数（PLT）随着年龄的增加而下降,平均血小板体积（MPV）随年龄的增加而增大,PLT与MPV间存在明显负相关,血小板压积（PCT）的变化一般与PLT的变化一致.结论 年龄增长与血小板参数有明确的相关性,临床可通过动态监测血小板参数来观察血小板活性的变化,为年龄增长血栓性疾病发病率显著增加提供理论支持.

| Abstract: | Objective ： To discuss the correlation of platelet parameter of health examination people with ageing. Methods ： Analysis was made of the results of blood routine examination of healthy people during January and November in 2009. Results： The platetet count showed a downward trend with aging; Mean platelet volume showed an increase with aging; the PLT had a obviously negative correlation with MPV. The variation of platetet hematocrit showed conformity with variation of PLT. Conclusion ： Platelet parameter had an obvious correlation with aging. Monitoring platelet parameter may clinically observe the change of activated platelet. This can prove theoretically that thrombosis disease shows a upward trend with aging. |
