Communication Skill between Nurses and Patients in Peacekeeping Medical Unit

Objective To investigate how to improve the skill of communication with the patients in the peacekeeping medical unit and to assemble the nursing experience.Methods To improve the level of English for communication with patients actively and mast the different customs of the different countries.To build the harmony relationship between the nurse and patients by individualized nursing and looking patients as the center of nursing.Conclusion It was the improvement of personal character and pluralism communication that raised the satisfaction rate of patients and assured the implement of the plan of the nursing and treatment.
