老年人结核性脑膜炎并发症分析

目的探讨老年人结核性脑膜炎并发症的特点。方法对2003年1月至2007年5月本院收治的结核性脑膜炎患者321例,从两个年龄组,对并发脑积水和脑梗死的发生率及临床治疗情况用SPSS统计软件做统计。结果结核性脑膜炎并发脑积水、脑梗塞时,老年组与儿童组差异有显著意义(P<0.05),且治疗效果较差,致残率高,死亡率高(P<0.05)。结论加强对老年结核性脑膜炎的认识,老年病人注意并发脑积水、脑梗死。早发现、早期规范抗痨治疗、早用激素,对增加治愈率,减少致残率、死亡率至关重要。
