计算机辅助设计个性化Medpor植入修复面部不对称畸形

摘    要:目的:探讨一种修复面部不对称畸形的新方法。方法:术前应用计算机辅助设计,术中制作个性化Medpor修复体,对8例面部不对称畸形患者进行修复,术后利用成像技术对手术效果进行评估。结果:所有病例术后手术效果好,外观满意,面部不对称畸形得到了矫治。结论:应用计算机辅助设计技术,制作个性化Medpor植入体修复面部不对称畸形,手术效果满意,是一种值得推广的方法。

Abstract:Objective To explore a new method to repair facial asymmetry.Methods Computer-aided design technique was applied to design individual Medpor surgery implant preoperative.Plastic operation was undergone in 8 cases of facial asymmetry patients according to preoperative planning.Results All patients suffering from facial asymmetry obtained good results.Conclusion To design individual Medpor implants with computer-aided design technology is a useful method for treatment of facial asymmetry.
