硝苯甲氧乙基异丙啶治疗不稳定膀胱的疗效分析

目的　探讨钙通道阻滞剂尼莫通治疗不稳定膀胱的疗效。　方法　采用硝苯甲氧乙基异丙啶 (尼莫通 )微泵静脉输注方法治疗不稳定膀胱 81例 ,其中开放前列腺摘除术后 2 7例 ,经尿道前列腺切除术后 4 8例 ,膀胱部分切除术后 4例 ,膀胱肿瘤旷置术后 2例。　结果　根据临床症状评分显示有效率 96 .3% ,膀胱初感尿量及最大容量均明显增加、膀胱内压明显降低。　结论　尼莫通对不稳定膀胱治疗作用强烈、确切 ,对顽固性、难治性膀胱痉挛痛有独特疗效

An evaluation of nimodipine in the treatment of unstable bladder

Objective To evaluate nimodipine, a calcium channel blocker,in the treatment of unstable bladder. Methods Nimodipine by micropump intravenous infusion was instituted for unstable bladder in 27 cases of open prostatectomy,48 TURP,4 partial cystectormy and in 2 cases of local excision of bladder cancer. Results The overall effective rate was 96.3% according to the clinical symptom score.The maximum bladder capability and the bladder volume at first sensation were increased and the intravesical pressure was decreased.The therapeutic effectiveness of nimodipine was definite and singnificant. Conclusions Nimodipine was highly effective on unstable bladder.
