人工脑脊液置换配合治疗重症感染性脑膜炎28例观察

探索人工脑脊液置换术对重症感染性脑膜炎的治疗效果。方法在常规治疗的基础上配制人工脑脊液经导管滴入侧脑室，并经腰穿从蛛网膜下腔将炎性脑脊液引出体外。设对照组，对疗效进行对比。结果Ｘ＾２连续性校正公式显示，常规治疗加工人工脑脊液置换术能显著降低重症感染性脑膜炎的致残率和病死率。

Infections of Change for Man made Cerebrospinal Fluid Coordinated with Treatment of Serious Diseases Observation of 28 Cases of Meningitis

Aim:to explore the effects of the treatment of seriously infectious meningitis with the change for manmade cerebrospinal fluid.Method:On the basis of regular treatment man made cerebrospinal fluid was concocted and dripped it into ventriculus lateralis and then leaded the inflamed cerebrospinal fluid out of the body from the lumbus through the cavum subarachnoidale.A comparison group was established to conduct a contrast between the therapeutic effects.As a result the X 2 continuous correction formula showed that regular treatment added to the therapy of change for manmade cerebrospinal fluid reduced conspicuously the invalidness and death rate.(P<0 05).Conclusion:In the treatment of seriously infectious meningitis the therapeutic effects of regular drug treatment added to the change for man made cerebrospinal fluid is better than the drainage methods in the ventriculum and the lumbus through the cavum subarachnoidale which were adopted in the past.
