HPLC法测定鼻渊片中绿原酸的含量

目的：建立鼻渊片中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法：采用HPLC法测定鼻渊片中绿原酸的含量，色谱柱Diamonsil^TM C18（4．6mm×250mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈旬．4％磷酸溶液（8：92）；流速为1．0mL·min^-1；检测波长为327nm；柱温为30qC。结果：进样量在0．204—2．040μg范围内绿原酸与峰面积响应值呈良好的线性关系，r=0．9999；平均回收率为100．5％，RSD为0．79％（n=6）。结论：本方法操作简便，结果准确，灵敏度高，重现性好，能有效地控制鼻渊片的质量。

Determination of Chlorogenic Acid in Biyuan Tablets by HPLC

Objective： To establish a quantitative method for Chlorogenic Acid in Biyuan Tablets by HPLC. Methods： DiamonsilTM C18 column was used. The aeetouitrile-0. 4% phosphoric acid （8： 92） solution was used as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 327 nm. Column temperature ：30℃. Results： The linear range of Chlorogenic Acid was from 0. 204 -2. 040μg and the correlation coefficient was 0. 999 9. The average recovery rate was 100. 5 % , RSD was 0. 79% （n = 6） Conclusion：The method is convenient and accurate, reproducible and sensitive, which can be used to control the quality of Biyuan Tablets.
