摘    要:综述了国内外泔脚废物处理处置的技术现状及最新研究成果,并结合国情探讨了我国适宜的泔脚资源化处置技术发展方向,提出了需进一步完善的技术研究内容。

Abstract:Treatment and disposal technologies status and up- to- date research achievements of food residual both home and abroad were summarized, development direction of suitable food residual treatment technology was dicussed combining the condition of China, the technique research contents should be further improving were suggested.
