近10年住院老年糖尿病患者死因及相关因素分析

目的对近10年住院老年糖尿病患者的死亡原因及其相关危险因素进行分析,为糖尿病的防治提供依据。方法回顾性分析和总结我院1996～2006年1月113例住院老年糖尿病患者的死亡原因及其相关因素,并与74例非老年糖尿病患者的死亡原因相比较。结果青海大学附属医院近10年住院患者总死亡人数为4296例,其中老年糖尿病患者死亡人数为113例,老年糖尿病死亡病例的并发症有:心脑血管56例,糖尿病肾病21例;死于感染者16例,急性并发症者11例,肿瘤者9例。与老年糖尿病患者死亡的相对危险度从小到大依次为:糖化血红蛋白、收缩压、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、尿白蛋白排泄率、病程、舒张压、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇。结论老年糖尿病的主要死亡原因是心脑血管并发症、糖尿病肾病和感染。长期高血糖、高血压、脂代谢紊乱等同老年糖尿病患者的死亡有关。

The Death Cause of Aged Diabetic Patients during the Past Decade in Hospital and Its Related Factors
