卡托普利联合氢氯噻嗪在2级原发性高血压降压治疗中的疗效观察

目的观察卡托普利联合小剂量氢氯噻嗪对原发性高血压降压作用的临床疗效和安全性。方法将2011年1～7月就诊的2级原发性高血压患者65例,随机分为氢氯噻嗪组（A组）30例与卡托普利联合小剂量氢氯噻嗪组（B组）35例,A组使用氢氯噻嗪片25 mg/d治疗,B组使用卡托普利片75 mg/d和氢氯噻嗪片12.5 mg/d治疗,两组疗程8周。分别在治疗前及治疗后8周监测血压、心率、血生化等指标和不良反应。结果 B组较A组血压达标率高;两组患者治疗后收缩压和舒张压较治疗前明显下降,B组下降幅度较A组大,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）;治疗后B组患者的心率、血生化指标较治疗前无明显变化（P〉0.05）。结论卡托普利联合小剂量氢氯噻嗪用于2级原发性高血压患者的联合降压疗效显著,副作用少,安全性高,值得临床推广。

Observation of therapeutic effect on Captopril and Hydrochlorothiazide in patients with primary grade 2 hypertension

Objective To observe the combined therapeutic effect and safety of Captopril and low-dose Hydrochlorothiazide on primary grade 2 hypertensive patients.Methods From January 2011 to July 2011,65 patients with primary grade 2 hypertension were randomly divided into 30 cases of Hydrochlorothiazide group（group A） and 35 cases of Captopril combined with low-dose Hydrochlorothiazide group（group B）.Hydrochlorothiazide tablets 25 mg/d were applied in patients of group A,Captopril tablets 75 mg/d and Hydrochlorothiazide tablets 12.5 mg/d were applied in patients of group B.Blood pressure,heart rate,blood serum of alanine transarninase,creatinine,fasting blood glucose,uric acid,lipids,potassium and adverse reactions were measured at before and 8th week after treatment.Results Patients of group B reached the standard of blood pressure was more than that of group A（P〈0.01）.There were no significant changes in hate rate,biochemical indicator of group B before and after trcatment（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Captopril and low-dose Hydrochlorothiazide is effective in treatment of patients with primary grade 2 hypertension,with less adverse reactions and high safety,which is worthy of clinical application.
