莫沙必利联合舒肝解郁胶囊在功能性消化不良患者中的疗效

目的探讨莫沙必利联合舒肝解郁胶囊治疗功能性消化不良临床疗效和安全性。方法运用随机数字表法将2009年2月～2012年2月在我院消化内科收治的98例功能性消化不良患者分为A组和B组,A组患者仅给予莫沙必利进行治疗,而B组则加用舒肝解郁胶囊进行治疗,治疗6周比较A组和B组患者临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗6周,B组患者总有效率（89.80%）明显高于A组总有效率（71.43%）,随访6个月,B组患者复发率（6.12%）明显低于A组患者（24.49%）,且A组和B组患者均未见明显不良反应。结论莫沙必利联合舒肝解郁胶囊治疗功能性消化不良疗效确切,优于单用莫沙必利治疗,安全可靠,复发率低,不良反应发生少。

Efficacy of Mosapride and Shugan Jieyu Capsules in patients with functional dyspepsia

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Mosapride and Shugan Jieyu Capsules in patients with functional dyspepsia.Methods The clinical data of ninety-eight patients with functional dyspepsia who were in the department of gastroenterology in our hospital from February 2009 to February 2012 were collected,they were divided into group A and group B by random number table.Group A were given Mosapride,but group B were given Mosapride and Shugan Jieyu Capsules.Then the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of group A and B after treatment for 6 weeks were compared.Results After treatment for six weeks,the total efficiency rate of group B was significantly higher than that in group A（89.80% vs 71.43%,P〈0.05）.After follow-up for six months,the recurrence rate of group B was significantly lower than that in group A（6.12% vs 24.49%,P〈0.05）.Both groups had no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Mosapride and Shugan Jieyu Capsules is superior to patients with functional dyspepsia only by Mosapridein.It is safe and reliable,and has low recurrence and less adverse reactions.
