慢性心力衰竭患者血清中亲环素和内皮素-1的表达及意义

目的检测慢性心力衰竭患者血清中亲环素（cypA）和内皮素-1（ET-1）的表达意义，深入分析其临床治疗价值。方法选取我院诊治的60例慢性心力衰竭的患者作为观察组，选取60例健康的成人血清作为对照组，应用ELISA法检测两组中cypA和ET-1的表达，探讨其在不同临床特征中的意义及相关性。结果观察组血清中cypA和ET-1的表达量显著高于对照组，观察组中cypA和ET-1的表达与慢性心力衰竭的病变程度密切相关，经线性相关分析显示观察组患者血清中cypA和ET-1的表达呈正相关性。结论cypA和ET-1在慢性心力衰竭患者血清中高表达，两者的协同调节作用在疾病的发展中具有重要促进作用，cypA和ET-1的联合检测可能对判断慢性心力衰患者的病变程度及指导治疗具有一定作用。

Expression and significance of cypA and ET-1 in patients with chronic heart failure

Objective To detect the expressions of cypA and ET-1, investigate their significance in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods The study included 60 cases of chronic heart failure as observation group, 60 cases of normal adults as control group. CypA and ET-1 were detected in these patients by ELISA, observed their clinical sig- nificance in different clinical characteristic. Results Comparisons of control group showed that there were significant up-regulation of cypA and ET-1 in the observation group. The expressions with cypA and ET-1 were correlated with lesion degree. There was positive correlation between cypA and ET-1 in the observation group. Conclusion The high- er expressions of cypA and ET-1 may promote the development of chronic heart failure. The joint examination of cypA and ET-1 may be help to judge lesion degree and guide treatment.
