临床技能评估与考核的现状

临床技能考核在医学生的培养中发挥了重要作用。客观有效的临床技能评估方法一直是医学教育的研究热点之一。本文对现有的临床技能考核评估方法进行了综述。传统的临床技能评估方法包括笔试法、直接评估法与直接观察法,这些方法仍然在广泛应用,但也存在一定的缺陷。现代的评估方法主要包括标准化病人、客观结构化临床考试以及计算机模拟病例考试系统,这些方法更贴近于临床工作,考评结果更有价值。此外临床技能考评也面临者巨大的挑战,尚有许多问题亟待解决。

Current situation of evaluation of clinical skills

The evaluation of clinical skills plays a significant role in cultivation of medical students.The methods for evaluation of students＇ clinical skills accurately and objectively have been focused for many years.This article reviews the different available methods to evaluate the clinical skills.The traditional methods include written examination,assessment by supervising clinician and direct observation.All of these methods are widely used even today because of their efficiency,but some intrinsic shortcomings exist actually.Contemporary methods mainly include standard patients,objective structured clinical examination and computer-based case simulations.The characteristics of these methods lie in the simulation of clinical situation and the evaluation results can reflect the real clinical competence.Besides,the evaluation of clinical skills face the great challenge and there are several difficulties that need to be solved in the future.
