加强农村育龄妇女增补叶酸管理预防神经管缺陷

目的实施国家重大公共卫生项目《农村妇女增补叶酸预防神经管缺陷》,降低上海市神经管缺陷的发生率。方法 2009年12月1日～2010年12月1日向上海市农村育龄妇女、外来流动人口育龄妇女免费发放叶酸预防神经管缺陷,收集数据并进行分析。结果①通过项目实施使全区接受免费叶酸的育龄妇女叶酸服用率达95.55%,叶酸服用依从率达92.08%;②项目实施过程中在全区准备怀孕育龄妇女和孕妇中抽样调查预防神经管缺陷的知识知晓率达93.89%;③社区卫生服务中心加大预防神经管缺陷的健康教育力度;④项目实施得到街镇计生支持组织的大力支持。结论①增补叶酸预防神经管缺陷是提高我国人口素质的重要举措,应常抓不懈;②加大增补叶酸预防神经管缺陷健康教育力度并形成长效机制;③发挥社区卫生服务中心、计生、街镇、网络优势,使增补叶酸预防神经管缺陷深入社区、深入每一个计划怀孕的育龄妇女当中;④增补叶酸预防神经管缺陷从新婚夫妇源头抓起。

Strengthen the management of folic acid supplement in rural women of child-bearing age to prevent neural tube defects

Objective To implement major national public health project rural women＇s folic acid supplementation for neural tube defects prevention,and to reduce the incidence of neural tube defects.Methods Rural women of childbearing age and floating population of women of childbearing age were provided the free folic acid supplementation to prevent the neural tube defects from December 1,2009 to December 31,2010.The data were collected and analyzed.Results ①The taking rate of folic acid in women of childbearing age was 95.55% through the implementation of the project of the region receiving free folic acid floated,compliance rate of taking folic acid was 92.08%;②knowledge awareness rate of the prevention of neural tube defects in the pregnant women of childbearing age and pregnant women was 93.89% through the project implementation process;③the prevention of neural tube defects health education was strengthened by the community health service centers;④project implementation was supported by the street town planning organization.Conclusion ①Folic acid supplementation for neural tube defects prevention is the important method to improve the quality of the population in our country＇s significant move,and we should often catch indefatigably;②it is right to strengthen the efforts of the folic acid supplementation for the prevention of neural tube defects in the health education and format a long-term mechanism;③it is right to make full use of advantages of community health service center,planning organization,road town,and network,it is right to make the folic acid supplementation for neural tube defects prevention penetrate into the community and each pregnant women of childbearing age;④it is right to do from the newlyweds of folic acid supplementation for neural tube defects prevention.
