农村育龄妇女分娩方式与健康状况的关系研究

目的:了解浙江省农村育龄妇女分娩方式与健康状况的关系,提高母婴健康水平。方法:采用分层整群抽样法调查2000～2010年浙江省6个样本村的522例农村育龄妇女的分娩方式和育龄妇女及儿童的健康状况。结果:剖宫产术的母亲两周患病率高于自然分娩者,产后恢复和总体健康状况较自然分娩者差,差异均有统计学意义;剖宫产术的儿童总体健康状况较自然分娩者差,住院率高于自然分娩者。剖宫产的纯母乳喂养率和泌乳量均低于自然分娩者。结论:通过相关部门和整个社会的共同努力,大力提倡自然分娩,最大限度地减少非必须剖宫产术,降低剖宫产率,保障母婴的整体健康水平。

Study on the relationship between delivery modes and health condition of rural women of childbearing age

Objective:To understand the relationship between delivery modes and health condition of rural women of childbearing age,and improve levels of mothers and infants.Methods:Stratified cluster sampling method was used to investigate 522 rural women of childbearing age from 6 villages of Zhejiang province from 2000 to 2010,and then the delivery modes of the women and the health conditions of the women and children were surveyed.Results:Two-week morbidity of women receiving cesarean section was statistically significantly higher than that receiving natural delivery,while postpartum recovery and total health condition of women receiving cesarean section were statistically significantly poorer than those receiving natural delivery;the total health condition of children born via cesarean section was poorer than that born via natural delivery,the rate of hospitalization in women receiving cesarean section was statistically significantly higher than that receiving natural delivery.The pure breast feeding rate and the amount of lactation in children born via cesarean section were lower than those born via natural delivery.Conclusion:With the joint efforts from related departments and the total society,advocating natural delivery,minimizing non-essential cesarean delivery,and reducing cesarean section rate can ensure the total health levels of mothers and infants.
