乳腺癌根治术术后化疗期患者情绪状况与生命质量的关系研究

目的探讨乳腺癌根治术术后化疗期患者情绪状况和生命质量的关系。方法采用简明心境问卷（POMS-SF）和中文版乳腺癌患者生命质量测定量表（FACT-B）对乳腺癌根治术术后化疗期患者进行调查,并对结果进行分析。结果乳腺癌根治术术后化疗期患者生命质量各维度和FACT-B总分与POMS-SF中的负性情绪维度紧张-焦虑、抑郁-沮丧、愤怒-敌意、疲乏-迟钝、迷惑-混乱和POMS-SF总分呈负相关,与正性情绪维度精力呈正相关（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论乳腺癌根治术术后化疗期患者的情绪状况与生命质量密切相关,在临床护理干预中应改善患者的负性情绪,以改善其生命质量。

Study on correlation between mood and quality of life of breast cancer patient receiving chemotherapy after undergoing radical mastectomy

Objective To explore the relationship between mood state and quality of life of breast cancer patients receiving chemotherapy after undergoing radical mastectomy.Methods In the stage of chemotherapy,breast cancer patients after undergoing radical mastectomy were investigated with Profile of Mood States-short form（POMS-SF） and the Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Breast（FACT-B） and the data was analyzed.Results By partial correlation analysis each dimension and the total score of FACT-B of breast cancer patients was negative correlation with negative emotion tension-anxiety,depression-dejection,anger-hostility,fatigue-inertia,confusion-bewilderment and the POMS-SF total score,and positive correlation with positive emotional vigor（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Conclusion The emotion state of breast cancer patients receiving chemotherapy after undergoing radical mastectomy is closely related to quality of life.In clinical nursing intervention,the nurses should carry on alleviating the patients＇ negative emotions in order to improve their quality of life.
