普通补片悬吊在治疗女性盆腔脏器脱垂中的疗效研究

目的:探讨普通补片悬吊在治疗女性盆腔脏器脱垂中的疗效。方法:选取2008年2月～2011年3月于该院采用普通补片悬吊术进行治疗的26例女性盆腔脏器脱垂患者为观察组,同期采用阴道前后壁修补术进行治疗的26例患者为对照组,后将两组患者的手术时间、出血量、住院时间、并发症发生率及治疗前后的POP-Q分度、PFIQ-20评分、SF-36评分进行比较。结果:两组患者的手术时间无统计学差异,P>0.05,而观察组的出血量小于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,治疗后的POP-Q分度、PFIQ-20评分、SF-36评分均优于对照组,P值均<0.05,均有统计学差异。结论:普通补片悬吊在治疗女性盆腔脏器脱垂中的疗效较佳,对于改善患者的疾病及生存状态均有较高的临床价值。

Study on curative effect of general patch-suspension operation for treatment of female pelvic organ prolapse

Objective:To explore the curative effect of ordinary patch-suspension operation for treatment of female pelvic organ prolapse.Methods:Twenty-six patients with female pelvic organ prolapse who were treated with general patch-suspension operation in the hospital from February 2008 to March 2011 were selected as observation group,and 26 patients who were treated with vaginal wall repair during the same period were selected as control group,then the operation times,amounts of blood loss,hospitalization times,and incidences of complications in the two groups and POP-Q stages,PFIQ-20 scores,and SF-36 scores before and after treatment were compared.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in operation time between the two groups(P>0.05);compared with control group,the amount of blood loss in observation group was less,the hospitalization time was shorter,the incidence of complications was lower,POP-Q stage,PFIQ-20 score,and SF-36 score after treatment were better,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of general patch-suspension operation for treatment of female pelvic organ prolapse is good,and the method has high clinical value for improving the situation of disease and living condition of patients.
