| 摘 要： | 诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡是目前治疗肿瘤的热点,中药治疗肿瘤的优势日益被人类所重视。已有研究证明很多中药单体及联合应用西药能调节细胞凋亡基因表达,如P53、Bcl-2基因家族、c-myc、Fas等,从而有效地诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡。两者的联合应用是值得临床探讨的问题。

| Abstract: | Inducing apoptosis of tumour cell is an important role in the treatment of tumor.Chinese herbal drugs in the treatment of tumour has a valued superiority which to be taken seriously by human.There are researches prove that the monomer of Chinese herbal drugs combined with Western medicine can regulate the expression of apoptosis genes,thus effectively induce apoptosis of tumour cell,such as P53,Bcl-2 family,c-myc,Fas and so on.The joint application is a worth discussed problem in clinical. |
