育龄女性重复人工流产原因分析

目的:探讨育龄女性重复人工流产(人流)原因及相关因素。方法:收集2008年1月1日～2010年8月31日在广州市人口和计划生育技术服务指导所行人流231例,按人流次数分为单次人流组和重复人流组两组,分析患者年龄、婚姻状态、孕产史、流产史、分娩方式和避孕方法等在两组病例中所占的比例及其与重复人流的相关性。结果:231例人流病例中,有重复人流112例,占48.48%,年龄、婚姻状态、分娩方式和所采用避孕措施均与重复人流不相关,已生育女性和无避孕中未坚持使用避孕套者与重复人流相关。结论:加强育龄女性中已生育人群的避孕宣传教育及提高选择避孕套作为避孕方式人群坚持使用避孕套的主动意识,对降低育龄女性重复人流率有重要意义。

Analysis on causes of repeated induced abortion in women of childbearing age

Objective:To explore the causes and related factors of repeated induced abortion in women of childbearing age.Methods:From January 1,2008 to August 31,2010,231 cases undergoing induced abortion in Guangzhou Technical Institute for Population and Family Planning were collected,and then they were divided into single abortion group and repeated abortion group according to the times of abortion.The proportions of age,marital status,pregnancy history,abortion history,delivery modes,and contraceptive methods and their relationships with repeated induced abortion were analyzed.Results:Among 231 cases of induced abortion,112 cases were repeated induced abortion,accounting for 48.5%.Age,marital status,delivery mode,and usage of contraceptives were not associated with repeated induced abortion.Multipara and irregular condom use were associated with repeated induced abortion.Conclusion:Strengthening the contraceptive propaganda in the women of childbearing age and improving the active consciousness of consistent using condom as a contraceptive method are important to reduce the rate of repeated induced abortion among women of childbearing age.
