循证护理应用于109例冠心病介入治疗患者围术期的效果评价

目的分析并评价将循证护理应用于冠心病介入治疗术后的患者的康复效果。方法选取我院2011年10月-2012年5月收治的109例经股动脉穿刺冠状动脉造影与支架置入患者作为护理干预组,给予循证护理;选择我院2011年2-9月开展循证护理前重症加强护理病房收治的112例经股动脉冠状动脉造影与支架置入患者作为对照组,对比分析两组患者的康复效果。结果护理干预组患者术后各非血管并发症发生率均显著低于对照组（P〈0.01）;两组在干预后,干预组的焦虑程度低于对照组（P〈0.05）,且干预组干预后与干预前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论循证护理不但可以有效解决冠心病介入术后患者的健康问题,而且能够将循证医学理论直接应用于临床护理决策。

Effect evaluation of evidence-based nursing applied to the perioperative of 109 patients with percutaneous coronary intervention

Objective To analyze and evaluate the rehabilitation effect of evidence-based nursing applied to 109 patients after percutaneous coronary intervention.Methods 109 patients with coronary arteriography via femoral artery puncture and stent implantation were selected as the nursing intervention group in our hospital From October 2011 to May 2012,they were given evidence-based nursing;112 patients with coronary arteriography via femoral artery puncture and stent implantation were selected as the control group in intensive care unit of our hospital from February 2011 to September 2011,they did not receive evidence-based care,the rehabilitation effect of two groups were compared.Results The non-vascular complication rates of patients in nursing intervention group after operation was significantly lower than that of the control group（P 0.01）;the anxiety degree of nursing intervention group patients after intervention was significantly lower than that of the control group（P 0.05）,and the anxiety degree of intervention group after interventio compared with before intervention,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Evidence-based nursing is not only an effective solution to the health problems of the patients after percutaneous coronary intervention,also can regard the theory of evidence-based medicine directly be used in the nursing decision.
