腹腔镜与开放手术治疗精索静脉曲张的疗效对比

目的探讨腹腔镜与开放手术治疗精索静脉曲张的疗效对比。方法选取2011年6月～2012年6月我院精索静脉曲张患者80例,将其随机分为腹腔镜组和开放手术组,每组各40例。腹腔镜组采用腹腔镜精索内静脉结扎术治疗,开放手术组采用开放手术行精索内静脉结扎术治疗。观察并对比两组手术时间、出血量、术后平均住院时间、应用止痛药例数、术后体温、症状改善率和精液改善率的情况。结果腹腔镜组手术时间、出血量与开放手术组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。两组平均住院时间、应用止痛药、复发、并发症比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组术后体温比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。两组术后疗效症状改善及精液质量比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论腹腔镜治疗精索静脉曲张具有疗效好、创伤小、并发症少的优点,值得临床推广应用。

Comparison of effectiveness on laparoscopic and open operation in the treatment of varicocele

Objective To discuss the comparative effectiveness on laparoscopic and open operation in the treatment of varicocele.Methods 80 patients with varicocele in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2012 were selected and divided into varicocele group and open operation group,each group had 40 cases.Varicocele group was given laparoscopic internal spermatic vein high ligation,open operation group was given internal spermatic vein high ligation with open operation.The operating time,mean hospital stay,blood loss,analgesic usage cases,temperature after operation,recurrence rate,complication rate,symptom improvement rate and semen quality of two groups were observed and compared.Results The operating time and blood loss of varicocele group were less than that of open operation,there was significant difference（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）;there were significant differences in mean hospital stay,analgesic usage cases,recurrence rate,complication rate between two groups（P〈0.05）;and there was no significant difference temperature after operation between two groups（P〉0.05）;there was no significant difference in symptom improvement rate and semen quality between two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopic in the treatment of varicocele has some advantage such as good effect,less trauma and less complication,so it is worthy of application in clinic.
