巴戟天醇提物对D-半乳糖致衰老大鼠免疫功能的影响

摘    要:目的探讨巴戟天醇提物对D-半乳糖致衰老大鼠免疫功能的影响。方法50只健康雄性Wistar大鼠随机均分为空白对照组、模型对照组、维生素E组、巴戟天高剂量组和巴戟天低剂量组,每组各10只。利用D-半乳糖制作衰老大鼠模型.并用维生素E及两种不同剂量的巴戟天醇提物进行灌胃。给药结束后,检测大鼠的胸腺指数、脾脏指数、T淋巴细胞转化指数、B淋巴细胞转化指数、白介素-2(IL-2)水平以及CD28阳性淋巴细胞数。结果与模型对照组比较,维生素E组、巴戟天高剂量组和巴戟天低剂量组胸腺指数、脾脏指数、T淋巴细胞转化指数、B淋巴细胞转化指数、IL-2水平以及CD28阳性淋巴细胞数明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05)。结论巴戟天醇提物能够增强D-半乳糖致衰老大鼠的免疫功能,可能具有延缓衰老的作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of radix Morindae officinalis ethanolic extracts on immune function in rats induced by D-galactosel Methods 50 healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: the blank control group, the model group, the vitamin E group, the radix Morindae officinalis high dose group and the radix Morindae officinalis low dose group with 10 rats in each group. The aged rats were induced by D-galactose, and rats in all the administration groups were respectively given Vitamin E, high dose or low dose of radix Morindae officinalis. The thymus gland index, spleen index, T lymphocyte stimulation index, B lymphocyte Stimulation index, level of inter- leukin-2 (IL-2), cell amount with positive CD28 were detected in all the 5 groups. Results Compared with the model group, the thymus gland index, spleen index, T lymphocyte stimulation index, B lymphocyte stimulation index, level of IL-2, cell amount with positive CD28 were all higher in the vitamin E group, the radix Morindae officinalis high dose group and the radix Morindae officinalis tow dose group, the differences were all statistically significant (all P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Radix Morindae officinalis ethanolic extracts can enhance the immune function of rats induced by D- galactose, and it can delay the aged.
