广州市育龄妇女2008～2010年度妇女病普查结果分析

目的:了解2008～2010年广州市育龄妇女的妇女病患病情况,为提高妇女生殖保健水平提供科学依据。方法:对2008～2010年广州市育龄妇女妇女病普查资料进行统计分析。结果:广州市育龄妇女妇科病患病率呈逐年增高趋势。2008～2010年常见妇女病患病率顺位不变,依次为:生殖道感染、乳腺疾病及妇科肿瘤。其中生殖道感染在妇女病普查中占首位,患病率为46.64%;在生殖道感染中,宫颈炎连续3年占首位,患病率为26.67%;乳腺疾病中以乳腺增生为主;妇科肿瘤中以子宫肌瘤为主。结论:针对广州市育龄妇女常见病的发病趋势和防治现状提出相关建议,以促进和提高妇女的生殖健康水平。

Analysis of gynecologic disease survey of reproductive women in Guangzhou from 2008 to 2010

Objective:To understand the gynecologic disease status of reproductive women in Guangzhou from 2008 to 2010,and provide a scientific basis for improving the level of women reproductive health.Methods:The gynecologic disease survey data of reproductive women in Guangzhou from 2008 to 2010 was analyzed.Results:The gynecologic disease prevalence rate of reproductive women increased in Guangzhou from 2008 to 2010,the descending order of prevalence rates was: the genital tract infection,mammary gland disease and gynecological tumors.The prevalence rate of the reproductive tract infection was 46.64%.The prevalence of cervicitis,one of reproductive tract infection was 26.67%,and ranked the first during the period of 2008 to 2010.The prevalence of mammary gland hyperplasia was the highest in mammary gland disease,the prevalence of uterine fibroids was the highest in gynecological.Conclusion:The gynecologic disease status of reproductive women in Guangzhou from 2008 to 2010 is realized,and some advice is put forward for improving and promoting improvement of women's reproductive health level.
