彩色多普勒超声对深静脉置管后血栓形成的诊断

目的了解深静脉置管血栓形成特点,探讨彩色多普勒超声的诊断价值。方法对行深静脉置管术的402例患者的置管静脉进行彩色多普勒超声检查,分析血栓形成特点。结果 402例患者中,共检出置管后血栓形成患者58例,阳性率为14.43%;不同深静脉置管血栓阳性率差异无统计学意义（χ2=1.042,P=0.791）;置入管刺入静脉处是形成血栓的最常见部位;深静脉置管后1 d内即可形成血栓,7~12 d是血栓易发生期。结论深静脉置管血栓发生率较高,彩色多普勒超声是检测深静脉置管血栓简捷有效的方法,对于深静脉血栓具有重要的诊断价值。

Color doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of thrombosis after deep vein catheterization

Objective To understand the characteristics of deep vein thrombosis（DVT） after venous catheterization,and explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of DVT.Methods 402 patients underwent deep vein catheterization were examined by color Doppler ultrasound,and the characteristics of thrombosis were analyzed.Results Among 402 patients,DVT was found in 58 cases,the positive rate was 14.43%.The positive rate of DVT among different veins had no significant difference（χ2=1.042,P = 0.791）.The place where the vein wall was pierced by tubes was the most common site of DVT.After venous catheterization,thrombosis could form in 1 day,and easily happened in 7 to 12 days.Conclusion The incidence of DVT after catheterization is high.Color Doppler ultrasound is a convenient and effective method for detecting DVT after catheterization,which has important significance for the diagnosis of DVT.
