武汉市2001～2010年常住人口孕产妇死亡分析

目的:探讨影响武汉市常住人口孕产妇死亡率的主要因素,提出降低孕产妇死亡率的干预措施。方法:对武汉市2001～2010年孕产妇死亡监测资料进行回顾性分析。结果:2001～2010年武汉市孕产妇死亡率为15.91/10万,10年间孕产妇死亡率呈逐年下降趋势;死因前4位分别为产科出血、妊娠合并内外科疾病、羊水栓塞、妊娠期高血压疾病,妊娠合并内外科疾病所占比例逐渐增加;可避免死亡主要与个人家庭知识、技能、态度及医疗保健机构知识、技能和管理等有关。结论:武汉市降低孕产妇死亡率取得了一定的成绩,今后还要加强孕产期保健系统管理、加强产科建设、提高产科质量、强化健康教育、推行孕产妇保健顾问制、切实落实农村孕妇住院分娩补助等措施,进一步降低孕产妇死亡率。

Analysis on maternal death among permanent resident population in Wuhan city from 2001 to 2010

Objective:To explore the main influencing factors of maternal mortality among permanent resident population in Wuhan city from 2001 to 2010,and put forward interventional measures to reduce maternal mortality.Methods:The monitoring data of maternal death in Wuhan city from 2001 to 2010 were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The maternal mortality in Wuhan city from 2001 to 2010 was 15.91/100 000,showing a decreasing trend year by year;the top four causes of maternal death were obstetrical hemorrhage,pregnancy combined with medical diseases/surgical diseases,amniotic fluid embolism,hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy;the proportion of pregnancy combined with medical diseases/surgical diseases increased gradually;avoidable death was mainly correlated with individual family knowledge,skill,attitude,and knowledge,skill,and management of medical health care institutions.Conclusion:The task of controlling maternal mortality had made certain achievements in Wuhan city,however,to further reduce maternal mortality,the following recommendations should be adopted: strengthening maternal health care system management and obstetrical construction,improving the quality of obstetrical department,strengthening health education,carrying out maternal health care advisory system,and implementing hospital delivery subsidy among rural pregnant women.
