人性化护理在晚期消化道恶性肿瘤并发难治性肠梗阻中的效果研究

目的分析人性化护理对晚期消化道恶性肿瘤并发难治性肠梗阻患者的治疗效果的影响。方法将我院110例晚期消化道恶性肿瘤并发难治性肠梗阻患者随机分成观察组和对照组,每组各55例。观察组采用人性化护理措施,对照组采用常规护理措施,比较两组患者焦虑自评量表（SAS）以及抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分、治疗依从性、治疗满意率。结果观察组患者SAS和SDS评分分别为（38.4±4.7）、（39.7±5.9）分,低于对照组的（45.7±5.9）、（44.9±5.1）分,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）;观察组依从性较好的患者占94.55%,高于对照组的74.55%,观察组依从性较差的患者仅为1.82%,少于对照组的14.55%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组的满意率为92.73%,高于对照组的78.18%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用人性化的护理措施能够有效地改善晚期消化道恶性肿瘤并发难治性肠梗阻患者的情绪状态,能够有效地提高患者对治疗的依从性,值得在临床推广。

Efficacy study of humanized nursing in the patients with late gastrointestinal cancer and the complication of intractable ileus

Objective To analyze the influence of humanized nursing on the curative effects of patients suffering from late gastrointestinal cancer with the combination of intractable ileus.Methods 110 cases were divided into observation group and control group in random.In observation group,patients were offered humanized nursing,while in control,routine nursing were provided.Scores of self rating anxiety scale（SAS） and self-rating depression scale（SDS）,treatment compliance,satisfactory rate were compared in both groups.Results Scores of SAS and SDS in observation group were（38.4±4.7） scores and（39.7±5.9） scores respectively,which were lower than those of control group （45.7±5.9）,（44.9±5.1） scores in turn] with a statistical difference（P 0.01）.Percentage of patients with good treatment compliance in observation group accounted for 94.55%,which was superior to that of control group accounted for 74.55%.Poor treatment compliance rate in observation group was only 1.82%,which less than that of control group whose rate was 14.55% with a significant difference in comparison（P 0.05）.Satisfactory rate in observation group was 92.73% and in control group was 78.18% with a statistical difference（P 0.05）.Conclusion Adopted humanized nursing measures can effectively change emotions of patients with late gastrointestinal cancer on the complication of intractable ileus and improve their treatment compliance,which is worthy of extension in clinic.
